1. Cancellation Policy:
This order may be cancelled at your convenience within 3 weeks of your stay/journey.
By canceling later than 3 weeks prior to beginning of your stay/journey, You are
obligated to pay a certain percentage of the price agreed upon, see the "Confirmation of order" above, as follows:

By canceling within 15 days prior arrival date 100 % of the order
Failing to show up at the beginning of your stay/journey, equals canceling within 15
days before beginning of stay/journey, and will be billed with 100 % of the agreed
If you are not certain that you actually will use the service you have booked, we
recommend that you acquire a canceling insurance coverage to avoid unnecessary cost.
2. Package travel:
If the service you have booked consists of at least to out of three of the following
elements, the "Law of Package travels" of August 25th 1995 will apply to the
service. The actual elements are: (1) Transportation, (2) Housing, and/or (3) other
tourist services which a substantial part of the total package consist of.
Furthermore, the combined package must be set up in advance, or marketed and sold at
a package price. It must also include at least one overnight stay, or last for more
than 24 hours. One example of a service that the law will apply on, could be an
overnight stay in a cabin that also includes a guided fishing or hunting trip.
Hotel Aak confirms that it has placed sufficient guaranties in accordance with
the "Package travel law" § 11-1, where this should be required.
